We used NTP, SSYN, RST as attack method and changed the port also to try the attack on any ports. Just search for “free IP Stresser” in google and use available websites to make an attack. We learnt to attack the any website or IP address using many online IP stresser tools like ( ). Also, the DDOS Protection workshop (won a T-Shirt for doing an attack) was very interesting. The tutorial and workshop session on DNS and DNSSEC by Champika Wijayatunga was very helpful for implementing security features in our own DNS servers and changing configurations for faster operations. And, other discussion topics and presentation materials was very helpful for enriching my knowledge and contribution to train others. Blockchain by Mohammad Moinur Rahman was a very good session for understand the future of the internet. “Up in the Sky” by Jonathon Brewer was very interesting because of the communication medias is used and can be used in the near future technological development. I had a little knowledge about peering, Content Delivery Network (CDN), Content Moderation techniques, Internet exchange points, IoT botnets etc before attending this event. After attending the first session of the first day of conference, I learned about the diversity of knowledge about internet technologies. The program was tightly scheduled to start on 10th of July and ends on 18th of July, 2017. After completing a long tiring traveling by Bus and Air, I reached the event venue Ramada Gurgaon Central Hotel on 9th July which was one of the renowned hotel in that region. It was great to see a couple of other Bangladeshis were also selected for the fellowship. I was very excited after being selected for the fellowship for attending the event. SANOG XXX was the first ever attended South Asian Network Operators Group (NOG) event for me which was organized by Internet Service Providers of India ( ISPAI).
